Welcome to the JMUMC Forum. If you did not do so during the registration process, you should consider hiding your email address from the public. Since this forum exists in cyberspace, your email address is visible and can therefor become the target of unsolicited email (SPAM). To hide your address, click on "profile" in the forum menu, and select the Hide Email from Public option.
If you want to share your email address with other JMUMC Church Members, you can do so in the password protected Email Directory (located at http://www.jmumc.org/login.html) offered on the church website.
You can send Private Messages to other forum members using the forum's Instant Message system. Simply click on another user's name, and you can view their profile and send them a private message.
As you begin to post and reply to messages as a member of the forum, you will progress through various levels of membership as defined in this table:
