I would really appreciate prayers for my dad, Stan Combs, who has had a heart attack. He is stable, but has a rare blood disorder (Factor 8 Inhibitor) which is hindering procedures and options. Please remember him...thanks.

Please continue to remember my dad in your prayers. He will have quadruple bypass surgery tomorrow morning. The arteriorgram also revealed an aneurysm in his stomach, which they will deal with after his heart is corrected. Some good news - the doctors have determined that his blood disorder, suspected to be caused by a medication he took in the past, has corrected itself and is no longer an issue.
I would really appreciate your prayers that he will come safely through this surgery...thanks.

my dad came through his surgery and is in sicu and doing very well.
please continue to remember him, and
thank you to everyone who is praying for him.

my dad has gotten over another critical hump, and is doing better today. it is up and down; those of you who have been there know. i just wanted to again thank everyone who continues to pray for his recovery.
it is christmas eve...and i am thinking about the great mystery of this holy night; how no matter what is going on in your life - no matter now happy, sad or uncertain things are - Christ comes. He comes. He wakes us out of ourselves as the light that no darkness can overcome. and He will come this night. He will come to our homes where we celebrate with family and friends; He will come to the war-torn areas of this world; and He will come to sicu.
Christ is the Lord. Praise His name forever.

Please keep Amy and Ken Byrd and the Combs family in your prayers. Stan Combs has gone to be with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday December 21st.
As ladybyrd has said, "Christ is the Lord. Praise His name forever."
